We were asked to develop the brand for the planned expansion of Hook restaurants. The first new opening was in Brixton. The brief was to create a sharper and more mature version of their logo and design a new menu, which was inline with their new aesthetic and target audience. With over twenty different types of fish available daily, the menu had to be versatile in its way of listing the catch of the day. By creating a stamp using dry wipe ink for each variety of fish, the staff would be able to list which type was available each day.
